1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. This period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the delivery service) received the goods.
The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- Hygiene items such as headscarves, undergarments or tight-fitting tops (Art. 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB)
- Items with visible signs of wear or dirt
- reduced or discounted goods (sale)

by means of a clear statement (e.g., letter or email) of your decision. You can also use our cancellation form for this purpose – however, this is not mandatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the expiry of the cancellation period.
2. Consequences of revocation
If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, except for delivery costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation. We will use the same payment method as for the original order, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any additional costs.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until:
- we have received the goods back or
- you have provided proof that you have returned it, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days after cancellation. You will receive the return address by email after we receive your cancellation notice.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
You are only liable for any loss of value if this is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond checking their quality, properties and function.

4. Note on financing
If you have financed the purchase through a linked loan (e.g. Klarna installment payment) and revoke the contract, you are no longer bound to the loan agreement - provided that both contracts form an economic unit (Section 358 of the German Civil Code).
If the loan has already been paid out to you, the financier will take our place in the event of cancellation and assume its obligations under the purchase agreement – unless it involves financial instruments.
Summary :
- Cancellation period: 14 days from receipt of goods
- Exceptions: hygiene products, sale items, damaged or worn products
- Notification: By email or letter
- Refund: within 14 days after receipt of the goods
- Return shipping costs: borne by the customer
- Loss in use: only in case of unnecessary wear and tear
- Form optional , but offered
- Financed purchases: Cancellation = also end of credit agreement (if linked)
This cancellation policy meets the requirements of Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and Article 246a, Section 1, Paragraph 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB).
As a small business owner within the meaning of Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), we do not charge sales tax and therefore do not show it.
