Terms and Conditions : General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity.

2. Contracting parties & conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with:

By placing products in our online shop, we make a binding offer. You can add products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your details before submitting your order. The contract is concluded when you complete the order by clicking the order button. You will receive a confirmation by email.

3. Contract language & storage

The contract language is German. The contract text will not be saved permanently, but you will receive a confirmation with all relevant information via email.

4. Delivery

Delivery is by mail. Pickup is not possible. The shipping conditions stated in the shop apply.

5. Payment methods

We accept:

  • credit card
  • PayPal
  • Klarna (invoice, installment purchase, direct debit, instant bank transfer)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Depending on the method chosen, the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider apply.

As a small business owner within the meaning of Section 19 of the UStG, no sales tax is charged or shown.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made (§ 449 BGB).

7. Transport damage

Please inspect the delivery upon receipt. If there is any damage during transport, contact the delivery person and let us know. This is voluntary, but it will help us process the claim.

8. Liability for defects & warranty

The statutory warranty law applies (§§ 434 ff. BGB). Additional warranties only apply if they are expressly stated on the product.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation in the following cases:

  • Injury to life, body or health
  • Intent & gross negligence
  • according to the Product Liability Act
  • for expressly agreed guarantees

In the event of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), we are only liable for foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

10. Dispute resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
