How does your return work?
We want you to feel comfortable in your LAMIS item. If something doesn't fit, you can return it within 14 days of receipt – unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The processing time for returns is usually approximately 5-10 business days after the arrival of your return.

Are there any products that cannot be exchanged?
Yes, discounted items , special offers and hygiene products (e.g. hijabs) are excluded from exchange.
We ask you to order consciously, we are a small label with a focus on fair use of resources.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will usually be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days .
Depending on the destination, the delivery time within Germany is approximately 2-5 working days .
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.

How do I find my right size?
We recommend using our size chart. If you're between sizes, choose the larger size for greater freedom of movement.
For an oversized look, order your regular size. For a looser fit, order one size larger.
What does “modest fit” mean at LAMIS?
At LAMIS, “modest” means covering, comfortable and self-determined – without compromising on style or freedom of movement .
Why do we mainly use cotton instead of synthetics in our sportswear?
For us, it's not just the look that matters, but also the feel, on the skin and in your conscience. That's why cotton is the main component of our sportswear .
It is breathable, skin-friendly and more comfortable to wear than pure synthetics, especially when moving.
Unlike synthetic fibers, cotton does not release microplastics when washed, which can enter soil and water via wastewater and cause long-term damage.
Purely synthetic materials may be cheap and easy to care for, but they pollute the environment...
This doesn’t fit with the space we want to create with LAMIS.
Our clothing is durable, fairly produced and consciously designed!
For us, value counts, not quantity.
