The processing of personal data takes place exclusively within the framework of the applicable data protection laws, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
We only process your data if this is necessary to fulfill contractual or pre-contractual obligations (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR), you have expressly consented (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR), there is a legal obligation (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR) or there is a legitimate interest (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
For order processing, we pass on necessary data (e.g. name, address, payment details) to commissioned service providers such as shipping companies (e.g. DHL) or payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe).

2. Cookies & Analysis Tools
Our website uses so-called cookies in accordance with Section 25 TTDSG to provide basic functions (e.g. shopping cart, language settings) and to create anonymized statistics.
Some of the cookies are technically necessary (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR), others we only use with your consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
We use Shopify Analytics , among others, to anonymously evaluate your usage behavior. This data cannot be traced back to you. If we use other services such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel, this only occurs with your express consent.
If additional tools such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel are used, this will only occur after explicit consent has been given via the cookie banner.

3. Hosting & data processing by Shopify
Our online shop is operated by the service provider Shopify Inc. , 151 O'Connor Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 2L8, Canada.
Shopify processes personal data (e.g., name, email, address, payment information) on servers in Canada and, in some cases, the USA. Your data is protected by EU standard contractual clauses in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR.

4. Your rights as a data subject
You have the following rights according to Art. 15–21 GDPR:

5. Social Media
5.1 Links to Instagram (by Meta)
Our website contains links to social media platforms such as Instagram. These links are implemented as simple HTML links. No automatic connection to Instagram (meta) is established when our page loads.
Only by actively clicking on the link will the Instagram page open. The privacy policy of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. applies there.
5.2 Our Instagram presence
If you visit our Instagram profile, Meta may store personal data such as your IP address or usage behavior and use it for advertising and analysis purposes. A user profile may be created.
The processing is based on your voluntary consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), provided that you have agreed to this within the Instagram platform or via cookies.
5. Online dispute resolution
According to Article 14 (1) of the ODR Regulation, the EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:
